CARE: Most of Syd + Pia's pieces are handmade to ensure the highest quality construction, while some are casted. The casted pieces are made of 100% recycled brass metal, or sterling silver for some. The handmade pieces have a unique appeal and each one is slightly different, making it special in its own way. Please allow for slight variations. It is important to treat your Syd + Pia piece properly to maintain its good condition. All of our ear posts are made of sterling silver or 14k gold-filled. Every piece of Syd + Pia NYC™ is made in the designer's studio. The brass and sterling silver pieces are high-polished with a 14k gold plating and added coating for anti-tarnish, yet it's the nature of metal to tarnish with exposure to air and skin after many wears. To ensure the longevity of your piece, avoid exposing it to water or other liquids and do not wear it while showering, bathing, exercising, or sweating. To clean your Syd + Pia NYC™ piece, use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water-based or other wet cleaning solutions. All jewelry should be treated with the utmost care, especially the pieces that have beads or stones.

When opening and closing your earrings and chains, be careful. Don’t pull chains or earrings - the products are made of precious metals and can break if strained.

REPAIR: Repairs can be made for pieces purchased through sydandpianyc.com for up to one year from the purchase date. Repairs that are not the fault of the customer are free of charge. However, a fee will be applied to all other repairs. For any repair inquiries, please email info@sydandpianyc.com.
