Cancellation, Return & Refund

CANCELLATIONIf for any reason you need to cancel your handmade order, please contact us at info@sydandpianyc.com as soon as possible. While we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, please note that Syd and Pia NYC™ maintains sole discretion to determine whether to permit cancellation of an order. We reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests.

Please note that once we have begun production on your piece, your order cannot be cancelled. We take pride in creating custom, handmade jewelry for each of our customers, and once we have begun the production process, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund unless it is a piece manufacturer by one of our factories. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

RETURNSWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Syd + Pia NYC™. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@sydandpianyc.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization code. Please note that items specified as custom made or handmade to order are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that all shipping, handling, and expediting charges are non-refundable. In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee of the item's price.

Returns shipped without a return authorization code will be returned to sender at their expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDAt Syd and Pia NYC™, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-custom-made or non-handmade-to-order product, we will gladly issue a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
